What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in technical support, virtual assistance, or administrative operations.

At Federal Judicial Service Commission, I performed routine maintenance and troubleshooting on office PCs, helping reduce staff downtime. I also installed and configured operating systems, antivirus software, and peripherals, and maintained internet connectivity and basic network access.

As a self-employed Student Agent, I promoted Eastern Mediterranean University to prospective students in Nigeria and served as their point of contact throughout admissions. I managed admission, tuition, and accommodation payments, and supported students with registration, orientation, and settling into the local area.
