Anshul Sharma

I’m a results-driven advocate with an LL.M and pursuing PhD in Law who focuses on commercial contracting, litigation management, and corporate advisory. I draft, review, and negotiate agreements across procurement, distribution, service, licensing, employment, and lease deeds—balancing business goals with legal risk management.

In litigation, I represent clients in civil, criminal, and commercial matters before District Courts and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, with a specialization in Consumer Forums and consistently favorable outcomes. I also author strategic pleadings, statutory notices, research briefs, and high-level advisory opinions to move cases efficiently toward resolution.

As part of my practice, I manage arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings and advise on consumer protection, product liability, and regulatory compliance. I’m known for analytical rigor, attention to detail, integrity, and a solution-oriented approach while coordinating with senior counsel, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
