At Nokia, I developed and maintained PMPATH and BPS Virtual Agent, from business requirements through UAT testing. I engineered Agentic RAG pipelines with LangGraph and LangChain orchestration using self-hosted LLMs on Azure, and built FastAPI services and a React interface for live support workflows.
