I'm looking for a project operations, PMO, workforce planning, or recruitment operations role where I can improve staffing workflows, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and AI-enabled process efficiency.

At HCL Technologies, I supported project operations and recruitment delivery for the Thryve Digital LLP client account, managing service requests, interviews, resource allocation, and staffing workflows.

I partnered with project managers and team leads to align recruitment activity with workforce plans and project requirements. I built Excel dashboards tracking requisitions, pipeline status, and time-to-fill metrics, using operational data to identify bottlenecks and support better decisions.

I improved interview coordination workflows, reducing coordination time by 15–20%.

I also implemented an AI-powered interview platform for role-specific questions and structured assessments, and developed an AI-powered candidate screening capstone using machine learning and NLP to parse resumes, compare job descriptions, and rank candidates.
