I am an experienced NOC Engineer with over 2 years of expertise in system and network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. My journey in the field has equipped me with a robust skill set, particularly in network analysis and problem resolution. I have a proven track record of configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, which has been instrumental in ensuring seamless network operations.

In my current role at SEW, I have honed my abilities in network performance analysis and optimization, as well as in implementing alert standards for production environments. My experience extends to providing L1 and L2 level support for various IT-related issues, monitoring servers, and preparing utilization reports.
