What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive AI-enabled product innovation, solution design, revenue management, and cloud transformation while solving complex customer problems and creating measurable business value.

I've spent 14 years designing telecom BSS/OSS, billing, revenue management, and digital transformation solutions for global operators including BT, EE, AT&T, Nuuday, Altice Portugal, AIS, and Telesat.

At Netcracker Technology, I work as a System Analyst and Core Consultant on Revenue Management, leading requirement discovery, blueprinting, business process analysis, solution design, and functional documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SoWs, user stories, and impact analysis.

I've contributed to an AI-powered Product Assistant for Rating Configuration Workplace and to Netcracker Revenue Management Cloud using GoLang and Kubernetes. I enjoy bridging business and technology, mentoring teams, and solving complex customer problems.
