I am a strategic operations and sourcing leader with deep experience across Vietnam, Cambodia, and China, partnering with executives on budgeting, forecasting, P&L, compliance, and risk. I have governed $50M+ in purchase orders and delivered $5M+ in savings through tariff strategy, supplier consolidation, and performance scorecards.
