What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an immediate opportunity to build reliable data pipelines and AI-enabled services, work closely with stakeholders, and contribute across AWS, analytics, and production engineering.

At Afour Technologies, supporting Marchex’s US call-analytics and AI platform, I built batch and streaming data pipelines across AWS SQS/SNS, Apache Kafka, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.

I shipped a TypeScript rule engine and ML input-filter service that processes IVR and agent-customer transcripts for noise filtering, emotion detection, call-success scoring, failure-cause identification, and follow-up flagging. I also led a validated automation system for sensitive consumer-data databases using Python AWS Lambda functions and supporting APIs, rolling it out company-wide with the Seattle team.

I’ve owned production migrations across Docker, EC2, Kubernetes, Redis, and CI/CD, including a zero-downtime Redis cutover. I work closely with distributed stakeholders to turn requirements into reliable, documented delivery.
