Tania Durango Callejas

I’m a co-founder, Project Manager, Creative Director, and Wellness Coach driven by a holistic, integrative lifestyle and a strong belief in human-centered work. Over the last 4 years, I’ve developed my own projects—“Creando Camino” and “Despierta con Tania”—bringing clarity, cohesion, and purpose from concept to delivery.

As co-fundadora de Creando Camino, I led initiatives across different departments and project phases, aligning creative direction with operational execution. I traveled to study the Wellness market globally, and built international collaborations with professionals and centers, strengthening relationships across countries.

I organize fairs, workshops, events, and retreats in the Canary Islands (Spain) and in Mexico, and I develop group coaching plans plus private personalized accompaniment packages focused on personal and spiritual growth. I also generated partnerships in the holistic sector and developed branding, including branding for “Creando Camino” and a sub-brand of architecture within the company (AURAstudio).

I’m especially proud of the strategic side of my work: I established growth and communication plans for social media and sales, led the Communication and Storytelling department (including team leadership and content creation), and created business plans and investor pitch decks. Earlier, I refined my design and technical foundation as a Junior Architect and Architectural Intern using tools like ArchiCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, and the full Adobe workflow for modeling, post-production, presentations, and materials boards.
