I am an experienced Healthcare Manager and Diagnostic Radiographer with over 20 years' experience across NHS and private-sector services, specialising in clinical governance, quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and radiology service delivery. I have led multi-site teams, implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 27001-aligned processes, reduced incident recurrence through system learning, and delivered board-level governance, KPIs and risk dashboards to support clinical and commercial decision-making.

I champion patient safety, workforce development and continuous improvement, having designed care pathways, developed QMS frameworks, chaired governance committees and supported QSI/UKAS accreditation work.
