I am a motivated Quality Assurance Officer with extensive experience in medical device quality systems, internal auditing, complaint handling and sterilisation release. I have progressed from Quality Control Supervisor to QA Officer, leading QMS improvements under ISO 13485:2016 and MDD/MDR requirements.
At Blink Medical I manage internal audits, SOP creation and review, non-conformance and complaint management from intake through closure, including root-cause investigation and supplier liaison. I also oversee sterilisation release activities, monthly bioburden testing, calibration, and quality control inspection process development.
I lead and develop teams, maintain training and records, and produce quality reporting to support release decisions and continuous improvement. I hold ISO 13485:2016 internal auditor training and relevant leadership and first-aid qualifications.
