I’m an operations and engineering executive with 10+ years of progressive experience across mechanical site engineering, project management, and executive leadership in the Egyptian construction, industrial, and hospitality sectors. I progressed from site-level engineering into building and running a Construction Division from inception, and I’m known for pairing execution discipline with governance.
In my most recent role, I lead company-wide operations, business development, and organizational strategy for a multidisciplinary construction and acoustics contractor. I establish Standard Operating Procedures, a Technical Office, QA/QC protocols, and Cost Control governance, and I lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of 50+ across engineering, project management, and site execution.
My background spans full project lifecycles—tendering, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery—plus mechanical installation and commissioning for major infrastructure work, including turbine, HVAC, and piping systems.
