In my current role as a Payroll Administrator, I process paid time off, submit payroll run daily reports, consolidate financial reports and statements, and perform compliance audits of team-member documents. I prioritize timely, error-free payroll and clear documentation.

Previously, I ensured correct coding, managed patient billing questions, and coded and processed claims in a medical-billing role. I handled inbound provider calls, researched outstanding checks, verified member plan information, and supported claims processing in a provider-services capacity.

I am comfortable with contact-center and practice-management technology, including Talkdesk, Emitrr, EHR systems, ACD, Nextiva, and Dialpad. I seek roles where accuracy, customer service, and regulatory compliance are essential.
