At ING-DiBa, I lead Compliance Centre of Excellence work for Customer Tax Compliance, coaching Compliance Leads on strategy, vision, mission, OKRs, and AI-enabled approaches.
Previously at PwC, I supported Tax & Legal transformation through leadership and team coaching, workshops, agile methods, process optimization, and digitally enabled solutions. I also managed regulatory implementation work for international financial institutions across FATCA, CRS, and QI, delivering training and speaking at international conferences.
