At ARRISE, I coordinate 30–40 interviews weekly across international time zones and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment. I manage offers through contract signature and guide new hires through onboarding expectations.
Previously, at Comtrade System Integration, I supported full-cycle recruitment and worked with HR and Marketing on employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and university partnerships. I also organized recruitment events and created content for LinkedIn and career pages.
