I’m an International Export Manager with 4+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end export operations for global B2B customers. I coordinate international client accounts, freight logistics, and trade finance documentation—always with on-time delivery as the standard.

I serve as the primary point of contact for US and European buyers, managing inquiries and order operations through daily email and video calls. I’ve built a reputation for resolving issues quickly and maintaining high client satisfaction across every touchpoint.

On the operations side, I manage multi-modal shipments (Ocean / Air / DHL / Road) and coordinate closely with production, QC, and customs-linked stakeholders to ensure shipments move without friction. I validate core export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bill of lading) before every shipment and work to achieve zero customs holds on managed shipments.

I also handle trade finance through Letter of Credit (LC) processing and export banking instruments, including Payment Realization Certificates (PRCs) and Bank Realization Certificates. I track overdue payments and support recovery through proactive follow-up and debit/credit note management for after-sales claims.
