I am an international logistics professional with hands-on experience in import-export operations, documentation, and supply chain optimization. I have worked with SAP (HANA) to prepare and manage costing, shipping documents, and compliance paperwork for both export and import shipments.

At Gatronova I supported cross-functional teams and generated performance dashboards, cost analysis reports, and shipment reports from SAP and Excel to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency. I coordinated with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and clearing agents to ensure timely dispatch and clearance.

Earlier internships at Hamdam Paper Product and DP World gave me operational exposure to import documentation, supplier relationship building, and terminal operations. I have experience with trade regulations, ISPS code utility, and vendor performance evaluation.
