I designed outreach campaigns with four NGOs and 10 field agents, improving repayment reliability by 20%, and conducted more than 100 customer interviews to refine targeting. I also produced strategic reports and playbooks benchmarking international BNPL and fintech models for scalability.
Through independent projects, I built Bronze/Silver/Gold SQL Server data warehouses and investigated lending data quality issues across an 82,000+ record BNPL dataset. My credit-risk analysis identified significantly higher defaults for 12+ month tenors, a branch with 99.7% delinquency, and approximately PKR 93M in excess risk exposure.
