What I'm looking for

I want to build backend + GenAI systems end-to-end—scalable microservices, reliable AI agents/voice workflows, and measurable production impact—within teams that value ownership, architecture, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Backend and Generative AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience building scalable microservices, AI-powered voice agents, and payment systems. I focus on shipping production-grade systems with end-to-end ownership and strong reliability.

At Meesho, I’m currently an SDE-2 (Backend, GenAI) after being promoted from SDE-1 for end-to-end ownership of multiple zero-to-one services. I designed and shipped the Caller Service (scheduled outbound calling) and Agent Assist Service (dynamic SOP traversal), serving 4+ client teams in production, and I led architecture and delivery as Tech Lead of the Noise and Seekho Pod—scaling product coverage from 10 to 60+ products.

I’ve built and evaluated Outbound Sales AI Agents with WhatsApp integration (Gupshup), data-driven prompting, and configurable LLM/voice selection, reaching a 1.08% conversion rate while matching human KAM performance (1.14%). I also integrated Smallest.ai TTS, built an LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation pipeline for empathy/SOP adherence/coherence scoring, and implemented call-level observability; I’ve resolved production incidents ranging from duplicate triggers and memory leaks to secrets exposure.

Implemented fiat-to-crypto/crypto-to-fiat exchange integrations, payment gateway integrations, fraud prevention via KYC/AML services, and developed AI-powered browser/search and scraping capabilities using Puppeteer.
