Takudzwanashe Mamvura

At the Rockwool Foundation Berlin, I carry economic research on labour markets, migration and the future of work to policy audiences through targeted campaigns, website content and events. I manage stakeholder infrastructure for 600+ affiliates and fellows and coordinate academic conferences, policy talks and networking events.

Previously at the International Organization for Migration, I managed working-level engagement with Germany's Federal Foreign Office and BMZ, supporting bilateral and multilateral consultations end-to-end. I authored more than 10 briefing notes, memos and talking points, monitored German and EU migration and development policy, and expanded engagement with foundations, NGOs and think tanks.

I've also delivered cross-border consulting, policy editing and website projects, including a pharmaceutical market-entry partner search spanning Ukraine and South America. My work focuses on economic and labour-market policy, competition and digital regulation, international trade and economic security.
