What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused retail/digital role where I can handle calls, process orders, and support customers end-to-end—using strong time management, inventory awareness, and problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly.

I’m currently a Digital Associate, handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls for sales, orders, and inventory. I take ownership of customer support and grievances, solving concerns quickly while ensuring orders for both customers and distributors are processed in a timely manner.

I also manage the in-store flow—handling, organizing, and distributing merchandise while scanning orders for intake and distribution. I oversee store inventory and collection, keeping tasks prioritized and moving even during busy periods.

Earlier, as a Customer Service Representative / Front End, I handled cash transactions (including large bills, safe counts, and money bundling) and processed SC Educational Lottery sales, bill payments, money orders, and Western Union transactions. I supported daily operations through data entry, document filing, and email responses, bringing strong time management, empathy, and customer service to every interaction.
