What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a team-oriented nursing leadership role to deliver patient-centered care, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve outcomes through education, constructive feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.

I am a master's-prepared Registered Nurse (MSN, Nurse Educator) with broad clinical experience across long-term care, rehabilitation, med/surg, primary care and triage. I focus on patient-centered care, regulatory compliance and team development.

As Assistant Director of Nursing and frontline RN, I have led admissions, audits, discharge planning, provider order management, staff supervision and on-call clinical decision-making. I routinely coordinate care with PT, OT, RT and SLP to optimize outcomes and perform chart audits to maintain regulatory standards. I provide employee education, skills competency check-offs and participate in hiring and performance feedback.
