What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Marketing or Sales Assistant role where I can contribute e-commerce, customer communication, sales, and digital marketing skills while growing through hands-on campaigns, marketplace operations, and business development opportunities.

I'm currently managing marketplace operations at Digicom, maintaining product listings and day-to-day activities across Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart. I also handle customer queries, maintain accurate product information, and support a positive online customer experience.

Previously, I worked in field sales at Sun Shaper, communicating solar-panel benefits, understanding customer needs, and supporting customers through the sales process. At Justdial and during my internship at Happequity Investment and Finance, I built practical experience in customer communication, follow-up, sales support, and relationship building.

I've completed an MBA in Marketing & Operations and hold a HubSpot Digital Marketing Certification. I'm interested in marketing campaigns, audience engagement, market research, promotions, and brand growth.

I bring hands-on marketplace experience, clear communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
