At Health & Science Initiatives/AllinUs, I develop PHP and Laravel backend services and business logic, including payment gateway integrations with secure, idempotent transaction processing.

I designed API integrations between state institutions while working on the Digital Ecology Information System at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. I developed backend modules for permission, application, monitoring, and reporting processes, and optimized data-processing and reporting queries.

As Technical Manager at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, I managed a programming team, made architectural decisions, and coordinated integrations with other government agencies. I also conducted code reviews and provided technical mentorship.

My work includes RESTful API design, database and query optimization, and deployment processes using Docker and CI/CD. I apply OOP, SOLID, and Clean Code principles in developing and supporting web applications.
