I’m a Senior Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience building high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs with PHP and Laravel. I bring deep expertise in Laravel internals—Service Container, Providers, Facades—plus Eloquent ORM, microservices, event-driven systems, and database optimisation.

In my most recent role, I’ve been building and maintaining backend services and RESTful APIs for a remote-first product team, applying microservices patterns, Redis caching, and AWS infrastructure in production. I enjoy collaborating across time zones with full overlap during UK/EU business hours, while keeping delivery focused on reliability and performance.

Earlier, as Backend Developer / Team Lead at InvestAZ, I led backend architecture for a large-scale FinTech trading platform through a monolith-to-Laravel migration and full production rollout. I designed multi-tenant-ready systems, async processing with Laravel Octane + Swoole and Redis/Horizon workers, and event-driven architecture—cutting response times substantially—while establishing CI/CD with GitHub Actions, strong testing practices, and maintainable engineering standards grounded in SOLID principles and TDD.
