I am an HR professional with hands-on experience across recruitment, HR operations, workforce management, employee engagement, and process improvement. I have managed high-volume hiring, recruited and coordinated workforces of 150+ employees, and successfully handled a workforce management assignment involving 800 employees with 72% operational efficiency.

My strengths are building structured hiring processes, improving candidate experience, managing recruitment funnels, onboarding, employee coordination, and using data to identify and solve HR challenges. In my current HR Operations Manager role, I work closely with leadership to manage recruitment and workforce requirements for a US-based operation, while developing more efficient and automated HR processes.

I am particularly interested in HR leadership, people operations, talent acquisition, organizational development, and building HR systems that help companies scale. My long-term goal is to grow into a strategic HR leadership role where I can combine people management, business understanding, and data-driven decision-making to build high-performing teams and cultures.
