I've configured and deployed complete IT environments for business clients in Erbil, from workstations and user accounts to admin dashboards, training, and ongoing first-line support.

I troubleshoot critical software, hardware, and operating-system failures, including boot issues, system corruption, Windows 11 upgrades via CLI, and custom recovery environments. I've also deployed RS900 and RS910 biometric systems with peripheral integration, driver configuration, and user account management.

I maintain PostgreSQL and MongoDB systems, using SQL to resolve data inconsistencies and improve inventory accuracy by about 40%. I configure multi-device networks using Huawei WLAN protocols and IoTDA cloud platforms, with zero data loss during device integration.

Alongside support work, I've built a multi-tenant AI knowledge assistant, a deep learning framework from scratch with NumPy, and a telecom database system. I'm currently studying Informatics and Software Engineering and hold Huawei certifications in AI, Cloud Computing, IoT, and WLAN.
