What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote IT Support Specialist role where I can apply my troubleshooting and networking fundamentals, support users clearly, document tickets accurately, and grow through hands-on experience with new systems and tools.

I'm a fourth-year Information Technology Management student at Middle Technical University in Baghdad, building practical foundations in hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, and IT systems.

I'm preparing for remote IT Support Specialist work, where I can apply TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and ticket documentation fundamentals to help users resolve technical issues.

I communicate clearly with non-technical users and document issues carefully, with an organized approach to processes and deadlines.

I'm motivated to grow into an IT support role and bring a fast learning curve to new systems, tools, and documentation workflows.
