At Aria Hotels x Kimolian Academy, I helped shape an AI travel co-pilot into a hotel-match platform with two AI concierges, profile-based trip planning, and a monitoring dashboard with human handoff. The concept won first place in a five-team pitch competition, and I joined the team building the final product.
I compared replacement models on quality, price, and restrictions, then ran evaluations that caught wrong-hotel answers before rollout. I also lead the front-end build of a story discovery layer that turns each hotel's history and story into content guests can explore.
At Awin, I interviewed more than 20 people across Operations, CS, and Growth to find where work was getting lost in Salesforce and related tools. The research became five AI workflow improvements estimated to save 3.5 hours per employee each week; two were later implemented.
My earlier commercial work at Uberall, Le Wagon, and Zalando taught me to find the need behind a request and connect it to practical product changes. Outside those roles, I founded nKoto and have run more than 50 workshops, talks, and facilitation sessions to help founders shape product ideas.
