What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive team where I can use my play-based learning and youth experience, plus my customer-focused communication, to create a positive environment. I want opportunities for ongoing training and growth, and meaningful, consistent impact.

I’m a Child and Youth Assistant with experience creating age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans that strengthen literacy, math, and social-emotional growth. I focus on practical, engaging routines—circle time, storytelling, and creative arts—to support children’s language development and confidence.

Across assignments at Keesler AFB and Holloman AFB, I incorporated outdoor learning and nature activities to promote both physical and mental development. I plan and facilitate daily activities with an emphasis on empathy, rapport, and a positive environment that helps kids and teams feel supported.

Before my youth-focused roles, I built strong customer service and cash-handling experience as a Barista and Cashier and as a Sales Associate. I processed customer transactions accurately, handled high-volume lanes, trained new cashiers on proper procedures, and used upselling techniques to increase promotional sales.

I’m also actively committed to growth through training and professional development, and I bring hands-on safety credentials including AED, First Aid, CPR, and Food Handler certification. I enjoy adapting quickly, communicating clearly, and mentoring others—because strong service and strong support go together.
