I’m detail-oriented, creative, and a fast learner, with experience in customer service, retail sales, and childcare. I’m proficient in cash handling, merchandising, and maintaining a clean work environment, and I enjoy making customers feel taken care of from the first hello to checkout.

In retail roles, I’ve provided exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints promptly, communicating promotions, discounts, and special offers, and keeping displays and the sales floor organized. I’ve also handled deposits, locked down the store, stocked shelves, and supported a smooth customer experience through strong communication and attention to detail.

Before and alongside retail, I spent years babysitting and preparing a “daycare atmosphere” for my daughter. I have experience with toddlers and serving infants, and I’m comfortable with childcare responsibilities, teamwork, and supervising children while staying focused on safety and routine.

I hold certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid for children and adults (infant-adult). I bring that safety mindset along with reliable work ethic, clear communication, and hands-on experience to any team that values great service and a clean, organized environment.
