I’m a Creative Operations Leader with 10+ years of experience in design, branding, UI/UX, and creative team leadership. I’ve built and led teams of up to 20 designers, hired and mentored 20+ professionals, and supported around 240 creative projects annually. I’ve helped improve B2B conversion, recover key client relationships, and build creative operations from the ground up.
