What I'm looking for

I'm looking for engineering or QA leadership opportunities, preferably in Delhi/NCR. I'm willing to relocate.

At gupshup.ai, I lead engineering pods delivering enterprise messaging platforms across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, IM, and SOIP. I drive product delivery from requirement analysis through production deployment and finalize architecture for new flows and integrations.

In my current role, I manage engineering resources, sprint planning, estimates, release management, and delivery governance.

Earlier at gupshup.ai, I designed automation frameworks using Selenium, Karate, TestNG, JUnit, Rest Assured, and Java. I also automated performance testing with JMeter and custom Java utilities, and conducted security testing using Burp Suite.

My work has included building CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks, with achievements including improved test efficiency and release reliability. I bring experience across software quality assurance, engineering management, and messaging and banking solutions.
