I’m looking to lead QA and automation efforts where I can deliver measurable quality, manage multiple projects effectively, and coach teams—while continuously improving testing standards, transparency, and results aligned to organizational goals.

I’m a QA Manager and engineering leader known for driving project success while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and efficiency. I focus on delivering innovative engineering solutions that keep teams aligned, productive, and adaptable to evolving requirements.

In my current role, I manage multiple projects by prioritizing tasks by urgency, resource availability, and “alignment with organizational goals.” I lead project planning sessions to define scope and objectives, monitor progress against targets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and keep delivery on track.

From Test Engineer through Senior Test Engineer to Tech Lead, I’ve built and improved automated testing and quality processes using tools like Selenium WebDriver, CodedUI, Playwright, and JMeter, supported by C# expertise. I’ve also performed defect analysis and root cause analysis, mentored engineers on QA methodologies, and ensured clear test documentation and stakeholder-ready reporting.
