I am an Assistant Project Manager with an aeronautical engineering background focused on aircraft development and structured project delivery. I develop project plans, schedules, and roadmaps using Waterfall and Kanban to maintain milestone visibility and execution discipline.

I have led vendor selection and outsourced work through RFP creation and managed contractual deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope, technical requirements, and cost targets. I prepare and maintain project documentation including SOWs, meeting minutes, status reports, and requirement logs to support compliance and traceability.

As a Team Lead and Aircraft Integration Engineer, I coordinated a multi-disciplinary team to design air ambulance subsystems, perform aerodynamic studies, and validate integration feasibility with weight and center-of-gravity calculations. I act as a point of contact between leadership, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely escalation of issues.
