What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level HR, people operations, or administrative support role where I can contribute to recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and collaborative organizational work.

I'm supporting recruitment communication, interviews, onboarding, LinkedIn updates, and internal documentation at Ultimo Recurso, a Portugal-based climate justice NGO. I've also led the restructuring of the People & Culture Google Shared Drive and improved People Management Strategy and onboarding materials.

Alongside people operations, I bring research experience in health and organizational psychology from the University of Gujrat, including a peer-reviewed publication and a manuscript under review at Current Psychology. I use SPSS for quantitative analysis and am comfortable coordinating projects, managing documentation, and collaborating across cultures.
