I’m looking for a role where I can lead with accountability, deliver excellent customer service, and strengthen my finance-focused skills through accurate reporting, reliable documentation, and a professional, safety-first team environment.

I’m a certified Front Office Supervisor (Level 3) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Northern Caribbean University. I bring technical proficiency, team leadership, and strong personal accountability, along with a growing foundation in financial principles.

As a Student Assistant (Administration & Security), I managed specialized software applications, streamlined daily operations, and handled data entry. I provided professional customer service, monitored campus areas for safety, maintained access control, and served as a first point of contact for security inquiries—de-escalating minor conflicts and escalating irregularities when needed.

I also supported staff mentorship by facilitating new team member orientation and maintained accurate records and logs of daily activities. I’m energized by roles where I can combine front office discipline with clear documentation, dependable service, and finance-minded reporting.
