What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a clinical data role where I can build reliable, GDPR-aware tools—turning adverse-event and trial data into clean, well-documented insights—while applying GCP/ICH thinking in a collaborative clinical research environment.

I’m a Biotechnology graduate focused on clinical research and clinical data roles, with hands-on experience turning complex, messy datasets into validated outputs. I’m especially drawn to clinical workflows that require accuracy, traceability, and careful handling of sensitive information.

Recently, I built and deployed three clinical-data tools in Python/Streamlit: an AI adverse-event extractor, a clinical-trial registry finder, and a clinic dashboard. I designed a Zero-PII, GDPR-aligned data workflow (pseudonymised data only, patient identifiers never processed) and handled end-to-end data cleaning, metric definition, and documentation across all projects.

Alongside my clinical data work, I’ve supported biological and bioinformatics research through internships—conducting microbial whole-genome sequencing analysis and studying bioactive compounds for antimicrobial and diabetic wound-healing applications. I’m comfortable working with structured and unstructured data, and I’m familiar with GCP principles and ICH guidelines.
