Designs, maintains, and troubleshoots CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Concourse, GitHub Actions, Harness, and IBM UrbanCode Deploy across multiple environments. Manages and scales Kubernetes on AWS with Rancher, administers GitHub Enterprise, manages secrets and artifacts, and monitors production incidents using Splunk, BigPanda, and New Relic.

Improved incident management and reliability through documentation, disaster recovery planning, monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Built automation and infrastructure using Chef, including Chef cookbooks/recipes and testing, and worked with Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for deployment and operations.

Automated backups using AWS S3, designed monitoring dashboards with Amazon CloudWatch, and supported integration between on-premises systems and AWS. Built CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and used AWS services (including IAM, EC2, VPC, Route 53, CloudFront, Auto Scaling, and CloudFormation) to support scalable and reliable deployments.

Improved deployment efficiency by automating CI/CD processes using scripting and build/release tooling such as Jenkins or Bamboo. Supported Azure infrastructure and application delivery using Terraform/Terraform Enterprise, Ansible Tower and Ansible playbooks, and Azure DevOps-based continuous delivery with Maven builds.

Reduced time-to-market by automating build, test, and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools and maintaining standardized environments. Supported cloud infrastructure and operations using Chef (Chef Server/Chef Solo), Docker, and Kubernetes, and automated Azure deployments using ARM templates and PowerShell DSC.

Provided system administration support including provisioning, user access management, troubleshooting, and maintaining backup schedules. Implemented disaster recovery planning, virtual private networks, and network security design while supporting onboarding/offboarding and technology upgrades.
