Swarnim Gandhi

I’m an Associate UI/UX Designer who delivers end-to-end digital products with an emphasis on user experience, workflow clarity, and practical execution. At EY, I led the design and development of Digital Sansad 2.0 with the Government of India for Parliament officials.

I designed the product from scratch—conducting user interviews and on-site observation—to build an intuitive, workflow-aligned interface. I then took on project management responsibilities, coordinating with clients, users, and developers, while also contributing to QA and technical guidance.

Using my frontend development experience, I helped ensure the product was production-ready. I oversaw the successful Go-Live in December 2025 and continued supporting post-launch user issue resolution, driving continuous improvement over time.

Earlier, as a Junior Software Developer at SpectraMedix, I strengthened product quality by writing systematic code, learning Material UI with React JS, and working closely with the design team to improve user experience. I also support writing through virtual internships, which sharpened my ability to communicate clearly.
