I’m a UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications, focused on user research, wireframing, prototyping, and developer handoff. In my recent role, I led UX design for 8+ products, including an e-commerce platform, legal case management app, donations app, building management system, and an electricity automation platform for commercial buildings. I delivered 10+ product launches with clear improvements in usability and user engagement, and I reduced design revision cycles by 30% through better alignment and higher-quality prototypes.

I run user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to strengthen UX across multiple products. I also write design requirement documents and perform project analysis to align design decisions with business goals, then coordinate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and reduce post-handoff rework.

Before that, I supported UI/UX delivery as a UI/UX Designer & Project Coordinator and built web applications as a Junior React.js Developer. That combination helps me communicate clearly with stakeholders, maintain accessibility and brand standards, and deliver features on time within agile workflows.
