I’m a detail-oriented B.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics professional with hands-on experience supporting clinical and healthcare administration environments. I’ve worked across front-desk operations, patient coordination, scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional communication—always handling sensitive information with discretion.

In busy healthcare settings, I served as a calm, empathetic point of contact, managing client inquiries, appointment scheduling, walk-in coordination, and billing support while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. I also strengthened operational efficiency through data entry and basic business/data analysis, ensuring records stayed current and reliable.

More recently, I’ve supported EMR-focused workflows as a Virtual Assistant, managing inbound and outbound patient and clinic communication, callbacks, account management for U.S.-based clinics, and coordination with billing and insurance claim processing teams to resolve discrepancies. I’m especially motivated by roles where I can combine coordination, communication, and problem-solving to help teams perform at a high standard.
