What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a healthcare support role where I can coordinate patient care, clinical documentation, telehealth workflows, and communication across providers, pharmacies, and insurance teams.

I'm currently supporting NEMG, a U.S.-based physician practice, through Epic EHR. I provide real-time clinical documentation and provider note support while keeping patient records accurate and up to date.

I coordinate patient communication, appointment scheduling, voicemail follow-ups, prescription refills, laboratory follow-ups, and medication prior authorisations. I work closely with patients, physicians, pharmacies, and insurance providers to resolve treatment-related enquiries efficiently.

My clinical foundation includes Ayurveda consulting at Patanjali Arogya Kendra and Jiva Ayurveda, where I conducted consultations, teleconsultations, patient counselling, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

Earlier, as a Junior Doctor at Singla Surgical & Maternity Hospital, I supported OPD and IPD operations, clinical documentation, patient monitoring, and post-operative care. I bring careful communication, adaptability, and attention to detail to fast-paced healthcare environments.
