I'm currently managing channel operations at DTDC Express Limited, coordinating franchise partners, hubs, and branches to support SLA compliance, issue resolution, and service quality. I prepare MIS reports and analyze KPIs using Excel and Superset.

At Gujarat Ambuja Exports, I progressed from Assistant Instrumentation Engineer to Instrumentation Engineer. I supervised 10–15 shop-floor personnel per shift, managed machinery POs and PRs, handled vendor management, and led E&I erection and commissioning for a 1300 MT/hour food processing plant.

My retail operations experience at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail included managing daily store operations during high customer traffic, inventory reconciliation, and planning for major sales events. I also completed an academic project focused on using inventory management, KPI analysis, and floor-stock optimization to improve retail operations and sales.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Operations Management and bring hands-on experience across manufacturing, retail, logistics, SAP updates, inventory control, manpower deployment, and operational reporting.
