I’m a software engineering undergraduate currently working as a Technical Project Manager, with hands-on experience managing software projects across the full SDLC. I lead cross-functional teams and keep delivery predictable through disciplined sprint and release planning.
In my role, I manage 20+ software projects end-to-end with teams of 5–12 across design, development, and QA. I facilitate sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning, maintain risk registers, and coordinate stakeholder communication using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, and Figma.
Earlier, as a Junior Software Developer Intern, I built REST APIs using JavaScript and Node.js and integrated with SQL and Firebase. I’ve also supported QA/UAT and deployment using Agile Scrum practices—so I bring both technical understanding and project execution to every engagement.
