What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a revenue cycle role at a company where I can use my billing, team leadership, denial management, and accounts receivable experience.

I've led revenue cycle billing teams at Allegheny Health Network and Pediatric Alliance, overseeing billing operations, performance reviews, payroll, claims, denials, appeals, and payment posting.

At Allegheny Health Network, I supervise 20 employees across billing for Pediatrics, Primary Care, Cardiology, and Behavioral Health. I monitor A/R days, resolve clearinghouse rejections, apply ICD-10 and CPT coding, and work with Highmark, UPMC, and Medicaid policies to support accurate, timely reimbursement.

I've also used Excel, Kronos, UKG, ADP, Sidekick, and co-pilot to track financial data, streamline tasks, and support decision-making. I bring hands-on medical billing experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and a focus on reducing revenue loss.
