Suzanne McCullagh

I’m a writer and digital content creator with hands-on experience in social media management, SEO, and website CMS platforms. I combine editorial thinking with practical optimization to help content get found, engage readers, and convert.

In my roles with ¡HOLA!, I served as a Content Manager and helped drive website and content performance through SEO, media curation, and regular updates. I also supported editorial workflows through liaison with the editorial team and the broader technical team.

On the SEO/content side, I’ve designed and refined digital publishing processes—trouble-shooting CMS problems, managing a WordPress database, and enabling more efficient content discovery. I’ve also supported initiatives that increased reach and sales through better content and site structure.

I bring international, audience-focused communication skills from working across Spanish-language and English-language contexts, including English examiner experience and Spanish at C1 level. I’m energized by roles where content, SEO, and digital operations work together—and where I can contribute with project support, coordination, and continuous improvement.
