At ZANAR CONSTRUCTION, I helped set up and run three businesses, overseeing accounting, forecasting, payroll, HR, and compliance. I kept the businesses operating and staff employed during the GFC and Covid-19.
I researched and prepared legal briefs for two leaky homes claims, submitted them, and testified in court; both claims were dropped. I also achieved PREQUAL for the companies and introduced a staff reward programme to increase productivity.
