I’m a senior finance leader with 16+ years across traditional finance, technology, and Web3-native environments. I’m a trusted partner to founders and executive teams, bringing structure, discipline, and strategic depth across fiat, stablecoin, and onchain asset management—especially through token economics, liquidity management, and building finance functions.

In my latest role as Finance Controller, I lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial planning, own management reporting and internal controls, and drive reporting automation to reduce month-end close time and improve forecasting accuracy. I’ve enhanced treasury reserves by USD 630K through disciplined capital allocation, delivered USD 145K cost savings via vendor negotiations, and supported investor outreach and ecosystem liquidity planning.
