I maintain project documentation and contract records, track milestones and costs, and prepare risk assessments and schedule variance analyses. I also facilitate Operational Readiness Reviews with customers, engineers, vendors, and data centre operators across global locations.
Previously, at BT Group, I coordinated enterprise WAN/LAN deployments, office expansions, and hardware rollouts. That work cut BAU delivery timelines by 20%, and I supported delivery through RAID registers, executive dashboards, and financial reports.
My project work includes planning infrastructure and network deployment for the Rolls-Royce GBS Office Expansion and coordinating international teams on an Enterprise Network Infrastructure Transformation. I use MS Project, Excel, ServiceNow, Remedy, and Salesforce, and hold a Google Project Management Certificate and Certified Scrum Master certification.
